WINDOWS 8 PREINSTALLED ON COMPUTER. UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 8.1 THEN UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 10 IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS.

NORTON IS PROVIDED BY ISP SO NORTON WAS INSTALLED SINCE SHORTLY AFTER COMPUTER PURCHASE.
3. Did a Norton free-trial or McAfee free-trial [<=PICK ONE!] come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it? (Doesn't matter if you never used or Activated it.)
MCAFEE MAYBE. (UNSURE). IF IT WAS IT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED.
4. Have you ever run the Norton Removal Tool and/or the McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool?
I HAVE USED THE NORTON REMOVAL TOOL, ONCE.
5. Was Win10 Anniversary Update offered & installed via Windows Update or did you install it manually?
I RESPONDED TO A NAG AND INSTALLED IT. NOT SURE IF THAT QUALIFIES AS 'MANUAL' OR VIA 'WINDOWS UPDATE.'
